Entsprechend ONORM EN 381-1:1993, Punkt 7 und ONORM EN 381-2:1995. Punkt 8.3
Kalibrieren nach ©NORM EN 381-1:
Kalibriermaterial der Firma Engtex AB mit den Abmessungen (300±10) x (700±10) mm.
Aufspannen des Priifmusters:
Siehe ONORM EN 381-2:1995, Punkt 8.4
Das Prufmuster ist entsprechend ONORM EN 381-2:1995 Punkt 8.4 an der Aufspannvorrichtung fur die Kalibriermuster befestigt worden.
Arbeitsablauf:
Die Prufschnitte sind alle auf der Vorderseite des Beines, in einem Winkel von 45° zur Montagerichtung der Prufmuster und einer Distanz von 250 bis 500 mm zum Schritt, erfolgt (je Hosenbein nur ein Prufschnitt).


Nach Wunsch des Auftraggebers wurde eine Kettengeschwindigkeit von 20 m/s (Schutzklasse 1) gewahlt.
Nach jedem Schnitt wird das Prufmuster auf Durchtrennung untersucht und das Ergebnis festgehalten, wobei fur ein positives Prufergebnis kein Durchtrennen auftreten darf.
Nach ONORM EN 381-1:1993 Punkt 3.3 liegt dann eine Durchtrennung der Probe vor, wenn die Schnittlange in der am Korper nachstliegenden Lage mehr als 10 mm betragt.
Priiferaebnisse der Schnittwiderstandsmessunq:
Bewertung der aufgetretenen Beschadigungen und des Kettenstoppmechanismus.
Die Prlifschnitte sind alle auf der Vorderseite durchgefuhrt worden.
Es ist keine Durchtrennung (0 mm) messbar!
Gesamtbewertuna:
Auf Grund der oben erzielten Messergebnisse der Schnittlangen in der am Korper nachstliegenden Lage hat das Produkt der Uberprufung nach ONORM EN 381-2:1995 standgehalten!
